Mary J. Blige, who just turned 50, was one of 15 artists nominated to be inducted in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
She joins Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, Jay-Z, LL Cool J and Dionne Warwick.
This is Blige’s second honor already this year. She was just nominated for an NAACP Image Award for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series for her role in Starz’s “Power Book II: Ghost.”
