Nightly closures on Aviation Boulevard throughout March

Between Arbor Vitae Street and Century Boulevard

To facilitate construction for the LAX Automated People Mover (APM) train, Aviation Boulevard will continue to be closed nightly, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. between Arbor Vitae Street and Century Boulevard until Friday, March 31.

During the closure, motorists should use extra caution and pay attention to detour signage. Dates and times of the closure are subject to change.

To be operated by LAX Integrated Express Solutions, the LAX APM will have six stations that connect the Metro Rail, a consolidated rental car center and two intermodal transportation facilities with the airport’s central terminal area.
