Fun starts 5 p.m. May 5
Join the fun on Friday, May 5, from 5-7 p.m. as the City of Palmdale celebrates Cinco De Mayo Fiesta at Oasis Park Recreation Center, 3850 E. Ave. S.
Families with children aged 5 -12 can enjoy this event featuring special performances by Ballet Folklorico Quetzalcoatl and Groupo Ritual Azteca. Light refreshments will be available through donations from Vallarta Supermarkets and Santa Ana Fresh Mexican Food. Games and activities fun for the whole family will also be available, featuring Mexican heritage, culture, and the history of Cinco De Mayo.
Space is still available for this free event, but registration is required. Each registration will be for one child participant and their parents/guardian. Each child must be registered, even if one parent brings multiple children. To register and for more details, visit Playpalmdale.com.
