Under the partnership, CWV will construct, own, operate, and maintain its inaugural Clean Water-Green Energy plant in the City of Lancaster, CA. The potential sales for this initiative are projected to reach $21 million annually, with a total estimated value of $420 million throughout the duration of the contract.
