Public Event
Join the City of Carson’s City officials as they lead the community in lighting its giant Christmas Tree in a fun-filled ceremony scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m.
The tree lighting event is open to the public and admission is free. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the atrium of the Carson Event Center located at 801 E. Carson St., in Carson.
The tree lighting ceremony is a tradition observed in the City of Carson for many years and draws participation from the members of the community, especially the young children of Carson. This special event features light refreshments, live entertainment and a visit from Santa.
